Return & Refund Policy

1) A request for returning goods/product should be due to the fault at our end for the following reasons:

a) Wrong size

b) Wrong colour

c) Sent to the wrong address

d) Wrong product

If the reason does not abide by the above criteria, we will reject the request. 

2) In order to request for return of goods/products (wrong size, wrong colour or wrong product) customers should first provide us with an original video of 'UNBOXING PACKAGE'.

-Opening package should begin by showing the consignment note ( making sure it is not to blur) and cutting the courier flyer. 

-The video should be at a full 360-degree angle.

-Under clear bright lighting

-NO pause or editing of the video. 

Goods/products should be raised for return within 48 hours of open receiving.

 

3) If a customer would like to exchange goods/product, should follow the guidelines below:

- Customers will have to bear the return and replacement shipping cost. 

- Items must be returned in the original packaging including taps, tag, carton or boxes and free gifts.  Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.

- Return request should be raised immediately within 48 hours, otherwise, we will not entertain it.

- Return request goods/product not shipped within 3 days from the date of receiving, we will reject the request. 

- Damaged item only can be replaced with the same item & same colour. It is not allowed to replace with other colour or design.

- We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low-profit margin scheme in order to provide competitive product pricing.

  Therefore we will not cover the shipping fees for the return and replacement items.

- All refund will be credited into your account for a future purchase if there is no more same stock.

**important note: if the return request is due to the fault at our end, then we will accept the shipping fee. 

 

4) The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Glam Queen Mall will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 5 working days after the confirmation.
